This interactive instructor-led session will equip you to talk confidently with your clients by describing how to engage and moderate an online community. We’ll cover how to initiate new members, encourage connections between members, and how you can apply our Community Standards to keep your community safe.

● Encourage group discussion and leverage insights
● Summarize the roles and responsibilities of teams that support platform safety
● Maintain daily community operations
