What language is Digital Skills Certification exam available in?

How can I prepare for my exam?
To prepare for your certification, take a look at the recommended Blueprint online courses, download the study guide, and take the practice test.
Are proctors available in multiple languages?
The proctor will speak in English only. The proctors’ responsibilities will be to greet and set you up at the start of the exam, and to monitor the testing room for the duration of the exam. However, if you are taking the exam with your educator, your educator may speak other languages.
How much does the exam cost?
The actual cost may differ based on the modality you take the exam. You'll see the cost displayed during the checkout process if applicable.
How much time do I have to take the exam?
The total time for your scheduled exam session is 105 minutes, which includes sign-in and actual 90 minutes exam. Please arrive or sign in 15-30 minutes prior to your exam start time so that you can take your test as planned.
Why is Honorlock needed?
You will need to download and install the Honorlock Chrome Extension onto your browser prior to the exam. During the exam, your proctor will walk you through downloading Honorlock for your Desktop. Honorlock will turn your computer temporarily into a secure workstation when launching. It controls access to resources like system functions, other websites and applications and prevents unauthorized resources being used during an exam.
How many people will join for each exam event?
The maximum number for each exam event is 6 participants.
What score do I need to get to pass the exam?
Our scaled scoring system ranges from 300-1000 with a minimum score of 700 to pass.
What's the exam retake policy?

*Reminder: exams cannot be re-taken until 5 days after initial exam.
What type of computer can I use to take my exams?
We support most recent versions of Windows and Mac OS (excluding tablets or other smart devices)
Where can I see my exam score?
You can log into your Certmetrics Account, to view your section level score. Our exam scores are reported on a scaled scoring methodology that ranges from 300-1000. Items are scored, weighted and scaled based on psychometric standards, and are reported on a consistent scale for all candidates, along with diagnostic feedback broken down by domain.
How can I get support if I encounter any issue?
